Lucky Foods Undergoes Rebrand and Unveils New Packaging

TUALATIN, Ore.– Lucky Foods, a family-owned and operated, natural Asian Food manufacturer, has unveiled its rebrand along with new packaging.

Lucky Foods wanted to create a more cohesive brand identity that connects the Lucky Foods brand with its line of Korean foods sold under the brand name Seoul. In addition to creating a more uniform brand identity, they felt it was time to update their logo and Spring Roll packaging to visually communicate the brand’s story and convey a look that is reflective of the product’s quality.

The New Logo

Lucky Foods worked to create something that felt modern and approachable, yet had a deeper meaning to the brand’s roots and family heritage. First, it resembles a four-leaf clover, a symbol of luck in western culture. The floral-type motif is a modern interpretation of an Asian influenced pattern. It’s reminiscent of the detailed architecture you will find in Korean palaces- a nod to the Jo family’s heritage. These elements come together to symbolize east meets west.

The New Spring Roll Packaging

Lucky Spring Rolls are plant-based and certified Vegan. They come in 4 flavors in both a traditional flour-based wrapper and gluten-free wrappers. The Spring Rolls were Lucky Foods’ first product and continue to be a popular item.

“We have put an emphasis on the Spring Roll photography on the box to show more detail, the fresh ingredients that are inside, and to easily identify flavor differentiation. Our new, colorful boxes communicate our commitment to fresh, healthy ingredients.”

Lucky Foods has fully integrated the new branding on social media and their website.

New product packaging will launch at Expo West 2020 and begin shipping out in March.
