Obis One Debuts Two New Black Garlic Sea Salts at Fancy Food Show

Blacksburg, VA– Obis One LLC will attend its first Fancy Food Show in New York City June 25 – 27, 2017. Obis One will share samples of our black garlic bulbs/peeled cloves as well as Obis One’s unique Black Crack®,Meracha Salt and Black Garlic Sea Salt at booth #6226 at the Virginia Pavilion.

Aged with a proprietary cycle of heat, humidity and vacuum, Obis One black garlic has the texture of dried fruit with a sweet savory flavor. Garlic breath is gone and in its place are double the antioxidants of raw garlic. The umami flavor of black garlic lends itself to a wide range of culinary applications. In addition, we have customers who keep a container of our cloves on their countertop as a healthy snack!
