Ken Sadowsky, 52, Mr. Sadowsky was a principal of Atlas Distributing Inc., overseeing the non-alcoholic beverage division that he developed. The division was founded in 1988 and sales were $50,000.00 that year. In 2007 sales were over $16,000,000.00 and the total company sales were in excess of $75 million. Brands of the Atlas portfolio included Snapple, Red Bull, and vitaminwater. Under Ken’s guidance, Atlas was one of the first distributors of the above mentioned brands as well as SoBe, Hansen’s Monster, Honest Tea and others. He was a director of Energy Brands, Inc. (Glaceau) makers of Glaceau vitaminwater, smartwater, and fruitwater from 2000 to 2006 when the company sold a minority interest to The Tata Group. The company eventually sold to Coca Cola for over $4.1 Billion. He also does marketing consulting work in the beverage industry for Fusion5 Marketing Innovations (sold in 2003 to the WPP Group) and Prior to forming Atlas’s soda division in 1988, Mr. Sadowsky was a consultant for the Eagle Snack Division of Williams Distributing in Springfield, MA.

* Inergetics, a publicly traded company (symbol NRTI.OB). Director from 2008 to 2012. Moved to Advisory Board in May 2012.

Ken is the Senior Beverages Advisor for Verlinvest. Verlinvest is a Brussels based investment holding company founded by family tied to Interbrew (InBev). 

Interbrew is now ABI (Anheuser Busch InBev). (

Ken advised on the Sambazon investment, and now serves on the Advisory Board. (

Ken is the Executive Director of NIDA, a group of independent beverage distributors in the Northeast of the USA who are members of a trade association ( Ken created the group with other charter members.

Ken is an Advisor for Bai Brands. Based in NJ, Bai is a beverage company that makes coffee infused beverages. (

Advisory Board of Sambazon – leader in the acai beverage category. San Clemente, CA based company. (

Advisory Board of Essentia Water pH +9.5.

From 1984 until 1986, he was the New England regional manager for California Cooler, Inc. which was acquired by Brown Forman in 1985. 

He serves on the Tulane University’s School of Liberal Arts Dean’s Advisory Council (2000 – present). Chairman of the Nominating Committee (2010 -)

He is on the Worcester Academy Board of Visitors (2008 – present)

He is a graduate of Tulane University (1984, BA).
