RIND by Dina & Joshua

Overview
RIND by Dina & Joshua is a multi sofi™ award-winning brand founded in 2017 by Dina DiCenso and Joshua Katcher. RIND has quickly raised the bar on plant-based cheese with soft-ripened, French-style wheels that feature authentic mold rinds consisting of bloomy camembert and piquant blue that come in a variety of flavors like smoky Lapsang and Herb de Provence. RIND's state-of-the-art cheese cave in the historic Brooklyn Army Terminal is NYC’s only dedicated vegan cheese cave. In addition to cave-aged vegan cheeses, RIND offers rich and creamy spreads and has introduced the world's first carrot-based cheese slice, which won a sofi™ Best New Product award this year for its melty deliciousness. RIND by Dina & Joshua's Carrot Cheese Slices appeared on Good Morning America's “tastiest trends” segment in summer 2022. Chef George Duran explained, “It melts and it tastes like the real thing, and I was just floored when I tasted their grilled cheese sandwich and how good it is.” RIND was awarded a competitive manufacturing grant from New York State MEP and was named Best Blue-Cheese Style Vegan Cheese by Cook’s Illustrated. RIND has been featured in Thrillist, Cultured Magazine, the Boston Globe, America's Morning HQ, Veg News and more. The Food Institute named RIND Carrot Cheese Slices "one of the three specialty Food trends to watch." RIND is available at Whole Foods Market in Manhattan, select NYC-area Fairway Markets and Gourmet Garage, and The Wynn Las Vegas, with other big names soon to follow.
