“We see this a lot in plant-based right now. People are saying, ‘Has plant-bases gone over the curve?’ but what we see now is things coming in like global flavors and reducing the processing and increasing back some of the ingredients to improve taste,” said Peters. “It’s innovating on top of itself.”
