Notable New Products: Crunchy Fiery Lime Puffs & Lychee Oat Milk Chocolate Coated Almonds

In this week’s new products roundup, Pocket’s Chocolates teams up with plushie brand Miniso, PeaTos adds a new puff product to its lineup of better-for-you snacks and Monty’s unveils a new line of alt-dairy spreads.

Pocket’s Chocolates

Pocket’s Chocolates, formerly known as Pocket Latte, has partnered with plushie brand Miniso to launch its newest product: Lychee Oat Milk Chocolate Coated Almonds. The new offering, exclusively available at select Miniso locations, joins the brand’s existing oat milk chocolate-coated almond lineup including Matcha, Vietnamese Coffee, Black Sesame and Mango Yuzu varieties.

PeaTos

Better-for-you snack maker PeaTos has unveiled its newest product innovation: Puffs. Available in two flavors at launch – Crunchy Fiery Lime and No-Cheese – the new offerings join the brand’s existing lineup of vegan snacks including Pizza Rings, Crunchy Onion Rings, Fiery Hot Curls, and No Cheese Curls. The new puffs are slated to ship to retailers later this month and will soon be available online at Amazon and PeaTos.com.

Monty’s

NYC-based Monty’s expanded its lineup of plant-based cheese and butter products with the addition of its new Cloud line which includes four products at launch: Original Cloud Cream Cheese, Scallion Cloud Cream Cheese, Truffle Rosemary Cloud Cream Cheese and Cloud Butter. All of the new products feature a base of cashews and are currently available on the brand’s website for $12.99 each.

Heritage Kulfi

Premium ice cream brand Heritage Kulfi added two new flavors to its portfolio of South Asian-inspired desserts: Almond Blossom and Malai Sweet Cream. The former reflects the almond’s importance in desserts such as kheer and burfi and is crafted with California almonds. The latter honors malai, which is the “defining flavor of traditional kulfi,” according to the brand. Both new products will soon be available on the brand’s website.

Seedwise

Seed-based snack maker Seedwise has added a line of cookies to its product portfolio. Available in three varieties – Birthday Cake, Chocolate Chip and Double Chocolate – the soft baked cookies have 4 grams of protein and just 1 gram of net carbs per serving. The cookies will soon be available on Amazon.com and at Wegmans, Lowes, HEB and Sprouts.
