- 3+ years commercial brewing experience
- Experience on a 10–20 bbl brewhouse
- Familiarity with brewhouse, cellar operations, & packaging operations
- Packaging (canning and kegging)
- Cellaring
- Milling, mashing, lautering, boiling, whirl-pooling, knockout, and CIP
- Yeast handling and harvesting
- Dry hopping
- Tank sanitation and transfers
- Filter operation
- Fermentation monitoring and data collection
- Packaging support (kegging/canning prep)
- Raw material handling and inventory organization
- Participation in pilot batches and collaboration brews
- Yeast management
- CIP/SOP discipline
- Ability to follow SOPs
- Meet production schedules
- Inventory management
- Recipe execution and consistency
- Ability to train assistants
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift 55 lbs and work on ladders
