Krishna Kaliannan is a serial entrepreneur and founder of the better-for-you-foods brand Catalina Crunch. While his background is in business and engineering, Krishna has always had a passion for nutrition. He was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and epilepsy and looked to the ketogenic diet to help with seizures and overall lifestyle management. Catalina Crunch was born out of his desire to make a keto-friendly breakfast cereal that didn't sacrifice nutrition and overall tasted delicious and crunchy without sugar loads. Since the company debuted with one flavor of Catalina Crunch cereal two years ago, it expanded its line to now seven cereal flavors, a keto-friendly smoothie as well as zero sugar, keto-friendly cookie lines.
