Both oils are made from 100% Koroneiki olives grown across family farms in southern Greece near Kalamata. From grove to bottle, Neolea’s process is designed around transparency: the olives are harvested and vacuum cold-pressed at mills operated by one family, then stored in nitrogen tanks, bottled at the source, and harvest-dated on every label. The oils are bottled in fully recyclable aluminum, roughly five times lighter than glass, designed to seal out light and air while also lowering shipping emissions. Growing, harvesting, and bottling extra virgin olive oil close together helps minimize the time and distance that can cause oil to lose freshness before it reaches the shelf, while giving shoppers a clear way to trace when and where their oil was produced.
