Green & Tonic Launches the “Lean & Tasty” — A Cleaner Take on a Fast Food Classic
Green & Tonic is continuing its mission to prove that craveable comfort food and high-quality ingredients can coexist with the launch of its newest menu item: the Lean & Tasty burger.
Launching May 29, the Lean & Tasty is Green & Tonic’s answer to a beloved fast-food style burger that consumers have long wanted back - but reimagined the Green & Tonic way with cleaner ingredients and no compromises.
While major fast food chains continue to lean heavily on processed ingredients and seed oils, Green & Tonic is stepping in with a version made using thoughtful sourcing and higher-quality ingredients without sacrificing flavor.
The Lean & Tasty features a juicy turkey burger topped with cheese, pickle, onion, lettuce, tomato, ketchup, and mayo, all served on an organic chia millet bun. Like all Green & Tonic menu items, it is made without seed oils and with a focus on cleaner ingredients. The burger also packs an impressive 30 grams of protein.
The launch follows the success of Green & Tonic’s Better Arch burger and reflects the brand’s broader evolution toward more craveable, everyday comfort foods made with better ingredients.
“People want food that tastes good and makes them feel good,” said CEO Fausto Mieres. “We’re proving you don’t have to choose between the two. The Lean & Tasty delivers the nostalgic burger experience people crave, but made with ingredients you can actually feel good about eating.”
Green & Tonic has increasingly expanded into more indulgent-feeling menu categories while staying true to its ingredient standards. The Lean & Tasty is the latest example of the brand leading the way in offering delicious, satisfying fast-casual food made with high-quality ingredients.
The Lean & Tasty launches at all Green & Tonic locations on May 29.
