Saffron Road Appoints Kevin Callaghan Senior Vice President of Sales to Fuel Next Phase of Growth

Callaghan joins Saffron Road at a pivotal moment as the brand builds on strong momentum across channels and continues to expand its footprint with retail partners nationwide. With more than two decades of experience leading high-performing sales organizations in the food and consumer packaged goods industry, Callaghan brings a proven track record of scaling brands, deepening customer partnerships, and driving sustained growth.
In this role, Callaghan will lead sales across natural, conventional, and club channels, helping extend Saffron Road's globally inspired meals and snacks to more consumers while supporting the brand's continued evolution and category leadership.

Callaghan most recently served as Chief Sales Officer at Nutiva, where he led the company's sales strategy and drove meaningful gains in both revenue and profitability. He played a key role in expanding distribution, strengthening customer relationships, and positioning the brand for long-term growth.
Previously, Callaghan served as Vice President of Sales at The Very Good Food Company, where he led the U.S. launch of the brand's plant-based portfolio, securing national distribution and building a high-impact commercial organization. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly six years at Daiya Foods, helping drive significant revenue growth and supporting the company through its acquisition by Otsuka.
