announces the launch of three new soup varieties to its Campbell’s® Culinary Reserve line including Cuban-Style Black Bean,
Italian-Style Wedding and Spicy Harissa White Bean in addition to a refreshed
Mexican Street Corn recipe. The new varieties provide operators with more ways
to incorporate global trends and concepts as well as approachable comfort
flavors onto menus.

research shows that 40% of US consumers are interested in global soups and stews1, and the addition of new Cuban-Style Black
Bean, Spicy Harissa White Bean and Mexican Street Corn varieties deliver
on-trend flavors:
Cuban-Style Black Bean boasts bold flavor
in a hearty mix of black
beans, roasted poblanos, chipotle, roasted garlic and cumin for a classic Cuban
favorite with a kick. It is also gluten-free and vegan.
Spicy Harissa White Bean brings together
popular flavors from Africa and the Middle East featuring harissa, white beans,
garlic, herbs, and tomatoes and a hint of spice.
Mexican
Street Corn combines sweet corn, cotija cheese, a traditional spice blend and a
hint of lime. This ready-to-cook vegetarian and
gluten-free soup serves up true-to-tradition authenticity.

addition, 82% of consumers indulge in comfort foods

Italian-Style Wedding features acini di
pepe pasta, tender meatballs, green spinach, herbs and Parmesan cheese in a
