Shibani Baluja is the founder and CEO of Lil’ Gourmets, a company focused on elevating the food that kids are eating. The company aims to introduce kids to fresh, flavorful vegetables at an early age to jumpstart healthy eating habits. To do so Lil’ Gourmets creates a line of refrigerated meals for babies and toddlers that are mainly made from vegetables and utilize complex flavors. The product is aimed to help busy parents that want to provide better options for their children but don’t have the time to make their own food. The company officially launched late last year focused on testing the market and streamlining operations, and is now ready to scale nationally. Lil’ Gourmets is looking for a strategic partner that has connections with retailers that are looking to put fresh baby food in their stores and help build the category.
