Countertop’s mission is to bring functional ingredients and great flavor to everyday cooking. Jamie Kantrowitz, the co-founder and CEO of Countertop, aims to make it easier for consumers to elevate their meals with her line of seasonings, honeys and butters that are minimally processed and incorporate ingredients like turmeric, ginger, tulsi and moringa. The company is targeting the 25 to 55 year old consumer that is in search of better-for-you options, including those looking to reduce inflammation and balance blood sugar. Countertop launched in Erewhon Market and other specialty and wellness retailers, and is expanding into traditional grocery stores in Southern California. Kantrowitz is ready to grow the brand’s reach and is looking for partners that can help the company scale and enter additional grocery stores.
