Fancypants Baking Co. to Launch New Line of Keto-Friendly Cookies at Winter Fancy Food Show

WALPOLE, Mass.– Fancypants Baking Co. introduces a new line of keto-friendly cookies called “Not Too Sweet” cookies. The cookies are directed at the health-conscious keto dieter who are looking for a satisfyingly delicious cookie that follows the required high fat/low carb ratio, and at everyday consumers who want indulgent, but not overly sweet treats. The cookies have a unique ingredient profile that sets them apart from all competitors: the healthy fat base is derived from pumpkin and sunflower seeds. The seeds provide heathy fats that keto diet followers need, while also providing a deep rich flavour profile that everyday cookie eaters enjoy. The cookies are available for fresh bakery departments in 6 oz and 18 oz containers, in chocolate chip, double chocolate, and lemon flavors.  The cookies are baked with baked fresh with nonGMO ingredients, peanut and tree nut free, and certified kosher.
