Canyon Bakehouse launches three new gluten-free products: Plain and Everything Bagels and Brownie Bites

Today the family-owned bakery announces the launch of its newest gluten-free products: Plain Bagels, Everything Bagels and Brownie Bites. Made with 100 percent whole grains and without artificial fillers, the new products provide a sweet and savory addition to the classic gluten free line.

“The taste and texture are so similar to ‘real’ bagels and brownies no one will even know they’re gluten free,” said Canyon Bakehouse co-founder Christi Skow, who inspired the company’s creation when she was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2007. “Our bagels and brownies are perfect for families and households with gluten-free and gluten-full eaters since they will no longer need to buy two sets of these staples.”

With the gluten-free trend showing no signs of slowing, Canyon Bakehouse focuses on creating products that raise the standard for taste, texture and quality of gluten-free bakery products:
