Trent is veteran in the CPG world, beginning his career with the largest US Heineken distributor in the country. After completing his MBA, he was recruited by Nestle Waters to manage operations, corporate planning and growth for their Home and Office division based in Metro NY. In his last position with Nestle Waters as National Sales Manager, Trent brought in new business including JP Morgan Chase, and he successfully negotiated million-dollar contracts with both the MTA and several other government agencies.
Seeking more entrepreneurial challenges Trent discovered his first startup, a small juice company for kids, Waddajuice, co-founded by one of the founders of Snapple. At Waddajuice he learned all aspects, from manufacturing to launching a new item and quickly learned what it would take to be successful. Trent was also responsible for sales with other startups including New Leaf Tea, helping increase sales in 2 years until its sale to Baywood International, a publicly traded Company.
He subsequently founded Gotham Brand Managers in 2010 and has since introduced and grown brands for both new founders as well as fortune 500 companies in NY Metro. As brands have grown and expanded so has Gotham with Sales and Merchandising teams that now cover over 4,000 locations.
