Our Mission Statement is that we are committed to maintaining quality levels that keep our customers satisfied. The process of Pickapeppa’s products is a timely and meticulous operation. First, the peppers are prepared by removing their stems and with all natural ingredients - ginger, annatto, sugar, onions, peppers and spices are cooked in pots and poured in oak barrels. The products are aged for a minimum of one year to achieve their unique flavor. There are no chemicals or additives used - vinegar is used as a preservative.
