David Dobrik Digs Into the Details on His New Snack Brand Wavers

Influencer David Dobrik first got into the food business in 2022 via his on-premise pizza chain Doughbrik’s. Now, the YouTuber star and his company are in the snack aisle with Wavers, his brand of better-for-you snack crisps, and it’s getting ready to expand far and wide.
At Natural Products Expo West 2026 this month, we caught up with Dobrik to talk about his ambitions for the brand, its spicy new flavors and dropping seed oils from the formulation. In this video, Dobrik also shares his take on influencer “authenticity,” the inspiration of Little Caesar’s pizzerias on his food ventures, and the importance of letting people discover Wavers “on their own” rather than constantly push the product to his social media followers.
“I really like when people come across this naturally,” Dobrik said. Rather than this ginormous explosion right away and maybe I get a lot of traction early cause I am on social media, the fact that people are discovering this on their own and loving this on their own is going to give it bigger legs.”
