Expo East 2022: How Kevin’s Naturals Built A Paleo-Meal Empire

Stockton, California-based meal company Kevin’s Naturals is bringing even more paleo- and keto-certified entrees to the refrigerated aisle. The brand launched in 2019 and has been building out a portfolio of clean-ingredient ready-made entrees, sauces and sides that are dairy- and grain-free. At this year’s Natural Products Expo East trade show, the company unveiled a line of complete meals in TK varieties to take the guesswork out of dinnertime decisions. The new meals are all-in-one refrigerated meal solutions as opposed to the main course or side dish SKUs the company has mostly produced previously.
Kevin McCray took time at the Expo East booth to talk to NOSH reporter Lukas Southard about the new product line of paleo-certified pasta meals, the company’s ability to weather supply chain challenges during the pandemic and its continued focus on providing ready-made meals that meet consumers’ dietary needs.
