Yaza Expands Beyond Labneh, Bringing Bold Mediterranean Classics to U.S. Grocery Shelves
ATLANTA, GA, SEPTEMBER 30, 2025 – Yaza, the company that introduced the first authentic labneh to U.S. grocery shelves, is expanding its product portfolio with the addition of two traditional Mediterranean dips: Baba Ghanouj and Muhammara. Both products, made with simple, whole ingredients, are now available at select retailers in the Southeast, Northeast, and Midwest.
Yaza develops Mediterranean foods that reflect the flavors and textures characteristic of their regions of origin. Baba Ghanouj is a roasted eggplant dip blended with tahini, lemon, and olive oil. It is naturally vegan and gluten-free. Muhammara combines fire-roasted red peppers, walnuts, and pomegranate molasses and is traditionally prepared with breadcrumbs; Yaza’s version is vegetarian. Both dips are versatile and can be served as snacks, used as spreads, or incorporated into recipes.
“Everyone thinks they know Baba Ghanouj and Muhammara, but the versions out there miss the mark,” said Karim Khalil, Founder of Yaza. “We’re raising the bar—no fillers, no fluff, just clean, powerful flavors the way they were always meant to be.”
Like Yaza’s labneh, the new products are made without preservatives, powders, or fillers. They can be paired with pita chips, layered into wraps, served as part of a mezze platter, or added to roasted vegetables, offering multiple ways to incorporate Mediterranean flavors into everyday meals.
Yaza’s expansion builds on its mission to broaden the selection of Mediterranean dips available to U.S. consumers. The brand focuses on clean-label recipes rooted in long-established culinary traditions and emphasizes ingredient integrity and versatility across its product line.
Founded in 2022, Yaza first gained national attention as the company to launch a traditional labneh line in U.S. supermarkets. With the introduction of Baba Ghanouj and Muhammara, Yaza continues to expand its range of products while remaining focused on authentic preparation methods and ingredient quality that define Mediterranean cuisine.
