In a groundbreaking move, Wintzell’s will introduce Mind Blown™ Plant Based Oysters, Crispy Crunchy Fried Shrimp, and Crab Cakes to its menu, offering seafood lovers a fresh and sustainable alternative to their favorite dishes.
Starting in March—just in time for Lent—guests at Wintzell’s Montgomery Alabama location (105 Commerce St, Montgomery, AL 36104) can indulge in Mind Blown™’s innovative plant based seafood, celebrated for its shockingly realistic taste and texture. Wintzell's will be incorporating Mind Blown's Plant Based Oysters, Crispy-Coated Plant Based Shrimp, and Plant Based Crab Cakes. The menu will feature the Mind Blown Plant Based Oyster in Po'Boys, a Basket, as a salad topping, and as an entrée. The Mind Blown™ Crispy-Coated Plant Based Shrimp will be served in a Basket and as a salad topping. The Award-Winning Mind Blown™ Plant Based Crab Cake will be showcased in Wintzell's Magnolia Crab Cake Sandwich, a sandwich with a southern twist.
