Allebach’s twitter account almost singlethreadedly revived Steak-Umm to a place of cultural relevance, and then turned it into a voice of sanity and reflection during the pandemic. Still the Creative Director at his parents’ Allebach Communications, which works with food and beverage brands like Utz, Entenmann’s, and more, he’s also evolved into a wise commentator on brand voice and social media trends, as well as an advocate for walkable cities, which are great when you’re carrying around a Steak-Umm.
