Boldly Debuts Widest Range of 100% Vegan Seafood in Market

CHICAGO, Ill.— After announcing the unveiling of the brand earlier this year, Boldly will be formally launching at the National Restaurant Association Show by extending its full range of 100% vegan seafood, the largest in market, for the US foodservice industry.

The Australian company will be rolling out its one-stop shop of vegan seafood across the West Coast this summer with innovative products that include salmon, tuna, crabsticks, calamari steaks, calamari rings, jumbo prawns, shrimp bites, whitefish, and more.

This comes after its highly exclusive preview in Miami at upscale vegan hotspot PLANTA South Beach, as part of the SEED Food & Wine Festival in January where “Top Chef” alum Josie Smith Malave prepared a four-course dinner with dishes such as Boldly Crab rolls with truffle yuzu butter and Peruvian causa de atun with Boldly Tuna sashimi, alongside host chef Bruny Rosado.

With konjac root vegetable as its core ingredient, and products free from artificial colors and flavors, Boldly is on a mission to see more healthy plant-based seafood choices on menus that are tastier and more appealing to consumers, whilst creating a positive experience centered around community.

In partnering with award-winning Los Angeles vegan grocery store Besties Vegan Paradise, Boldly will also be co-launching a monthly chef activation series where guest chefs will create a limited release Grab and Go menu using Boldly’s 100% vegan seafood range, starting with chef Niko Zaragoza of Los Angeles’ new vegan sushi hotspot Niku Nashi.

Beyond its forthcoming partnerships with West Coast restaurants, chefs and institutions, Boldly is also an exclusive partner of Miss Universe Australia and will be hosting official events and select chef and restaurant collaborations throughout Australia in the months to come.
