LOS ANGELES– Organic meal service One Potato is launching 7 new smoothie kits inspired by co-founder Catherine McCord’s latest cookbook Smoothie Project: Antioxidant Rich, PB&J, Bright Green, Blue Chai, Pina Colada, Immunity Booster and Samoa. These packages are space-efficient, vibrant in color and make smoothie-making a fun, and easy experience. They will be available for $5.95-$6.95 beginning April 30th.
“We created One Potato to ensure that parents around the country no longer dread the question, “what’s for dinner?”, now we’ve got your family covered for breakfast too” said One Potato Co-Founder and Smoothie Project Author Catherine McCord. “ I’ve seen such tremendous value incorporating smoothies into my own family’s daily diet and I wanted to bring that to our One Potato customers. I’ve selected seven flavors from the over 100 recipes in my cookbook, Smoothie Project, and I’m excited to share them with you and your family.”
One Potato boxes feature semi-chopped and prepared ingredients along with simple instructions. The meals require between 12 and 30 minutes to prepare. The boxes are designed to encourage kids to help with dinner. One Potato plans are based on family size, how often customers would like to cook (2 or 3 meals), and any dietary restrictions they may have (there are gluten-free and nut-free options). Prices start at $77.70 and go up to $131.70. One Potato boxes ship to California, Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Utah and Washington, parts of Montana and New Mexico. The Smoothie Project smoothie kits will be available nationally in May 2020.
