Bono Olive Oil Available in All Wegmans Stores

AIRFIELD, N.J.  Bono – the largest producer of authentic virgin olive oil in Sicily – today announced that its premium olive oils have been added to the line-up at Wegmans, the much-admired East Coast supermarket chain.

Bono’s multi award-winning Sicilian Extra Virgin Olive Oil and its new Sicilian Val Di Mazara Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil have been rolled out chain-wide to all 95 Wegmans stores. The Sicilian Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil boasts a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) certification and the conventional Sicilian product comes with a Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) certification. These certifications both guarantee authenticity controlled by the Italian Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forest Policy.
