Mackie Shilstone, 64-year-old trainer of top pro athletes, received personalized dumbbells and a donation to Project Fit America for the fitness example he sets

Last year’s Health Champions include Marion Nestle, Ph.D., Margo Wootan, D. Sc., and Army veteran Noah Galloway.
