Unhinged makes chef-crafted caffeinated protein bars that combine 75mg of natural caffeine from coffee fruit (about one espresso) with L-theanine, 11–14g of multi-source protein and 7–8g of fiber, positioned as an energy-plus-nutrition alternative to an afternoon coffee or pre-workout. Flavors include Chocolate + Coffee, Peanut Butter + Chocolate and Salted Caramel, sold in 12-count boxes and build-your-own cases via the brand's direct-to-consumer site (with subscription options) and on Amazon. The bars received a 2026 International Taste Institute Superior Taste Award.
