Pastacraft

Pastacraft is a woman-owned, Virginia-based maker of organic pasta sauce starters. Founded by Christine Messier, the brand sells shelf-stable, resealable pouches of dry, concentrated sauce base that cooks combine with butter or olive oil and starchy pasta water to create freshly emulsified, scratch-quality sauces in minutes. Each pouch makes enough sauce for 1 lb of pasta (4–6 servings). Flavors include Cacio e Pepe, Aglio e Olio (vegan) and Miso Butter, sold as 2-packs, a 3-pack and a holiday gift box via the brand's site, specialty retailers and wholesale.
