Local Style

Local Style is a Chicago-based, woman-owned kettle-cooked potato chip brand founded by CPG veteran Laura Gardner, who previously worked at Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo and Foxtrot parent Outfox Hospitality. Launched in April 2025 out of the family's Evanston garage, the self-funded, family-run brand builds chips around the city's iconic foods, with flavors including Classic Salted, Deep Dish Pizza, Chicago Hot Dog, Italian Beef and Hot Giardiniera. It sells through Chicago-area delis, grocers and markets, plus direct-to-consumer shipping.
