Award-Winning Portland Chocolatier Expands Acclaimed Line with Intimate New Bar Format Inspired by the Understory of the Pacific Northwest

PORTLAND, Oregon – Following a remarkable period of growing acclaim, prestigious accolades, and surging enthusiasm from chocolate lovers nationwide, Wildwood announces the launch of The Woodland Collection, an elegant new line of personal-sized chocolate bars that invite deeper exploration into the botanical world that defines the brand. This collection represents a significant milestone for the Portland-based chocolatier as it continues to redefine American craft chocolate with artistry, exploration, and an unwavering connection to nature.

The Woodland Collection expands upon the Wildwood world with new creatures of the forest to discover in each bar design and debuts with seven signature flavors: Berry Berry, Salted Brown Butter Texas Pecan Brittle, Orange Confit & Cherry, Yuzu & Roasted Brown Rice, Ginger Pistachio, Marcona Almond, and The Nib Bar. Each approximately 55-gram bar boasts the same exceptional quality that earned Wildwood recognition from Food & Wine's Top 50 Chocolate Makers and multiple Good Food Awards, now in a format designed for personal discovery and spontaneous indulgence.

"The Woodland Collection comes from a desire to explore the vignettes and stories held within the wild woods that sparked inspiration for the Wildwood brand. We've been exploring our namesake’s trail for years, but there's still more to discover… Each bar is a personal-sized story to be told," said Rebecca Adams Savage, who co-founded Wildwood with chocolatier Steven Lawrence. 

While Wildwood's signature bars have become beloved among discerning chocolate enthusiasts, the Woodland Collection offers a new way to experience the brand's distinctive approach to chocolate making. The collection will expand later this year to include four caramel-infused bars: Salted Caramel, Fennel Pollen Caramel, Cardamom & Honey Caramel with Sea Salt, and Rosemary Caramel.
