Charcuterie Artisans Appoints Sergey Pashyan as Chief Financial Officer
Charcuterie Artisans, the nation’s largest manufacturer of specialty charcuterie products and parent company of Creminelli, Daniele, Del Duca, and La Quercia, today announced the appointment of Sergey Pashyan as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Pashyan brings a proven track record of financial stewardship and operational analysis across the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry to lead Charcuterie Artisans’ growth.
A seasoned financial executive, Pashyan brings deep cross-functional expertise in financial planning and analysis, commercial finance, corporate accounting, treasury, and business process improvement. Known for his data-driven, operationally focused approach, his core expertise lies in financial and operational analysis.
Pashyan began his CPG career at Kellogg’s before spending significant time at Dean Foods, a multi-billion-dollar enterprise where he honed his skills in large-scale CPG financial management as Group Finance Director. He later held the dual role of Vice President of Finance and CFO at Century Snacks, before most recently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Sweetmore Bakeries.
“Sergey’s deep roots in CPG finance and operations make him an ideal fit for Charcuterie Artisans as we continue to scale nationally with our customer and vendor partners,” said Jeff Tripician, CEO of Charcuterie Artisans.
As CFO, Pashyan will lead the company’s financial planning, accounting, treasury, and performance analysis, aligning financial strategy with manufacturing efficiency and brand expansion.
“Charcuterie Artisans has built a strong portfolio of iconic brands with tremendous underlying potential,” said Sergey Pashyan. “My focus is on helping drive efficient operations that support future growth and build trust with our partners and business allies.”
