Monte’s Fine Foods Captures the Spirit of Summer With Exclusive PASTA BEACH Collection and Three New Artisanal Pasta Shapes
Starting today, Monte’s Fine Foods, a brand built on a 120-year Italian-American legacy, is bringing the beach to consumers with an exclusive capsule of limited-edition, hand-printed apparel and lifestyle accessories alongside three new custom pasta shapes: Stella, Bozzolo, and Conchiglia. Inspired by Naples summers and Montauk sunsets, the new collection pairs premium pantry staples with a sun-soaked lifestyle aesthetic.
PASTA BEACH™ was designed to evoke a distinct state of mind, blending the breezy elegance of the Amalfi Coast with the nostalgic charm of the Bronx Riviera. It celebrates long lunches, salt air, sun-faded sweatshirts, and pasta enjoyed by the water. The collection features specialty pieces including sweatshirts, t-shirts, hats, and totes, created in collaboration with designers Sean Kinney and Eddie Eddie by Billy Tommy. Printed on vintage blanks sourced by American Wasteland, each garment carries its own unique history and character. Reflecting the sustainable ethos of the regenerative farms that grow Monte’s tomatoes, these upcycled pieces are given a second chapter, mirroring the way the fourth generation of the Monte family continues to carry their story forward.
“We wanted to create something that feels like a memory of summers spent by the water, whether that’s in Italy or right here in New York,” said PJ Monte, Founder and CEO of Monte’s Fine Foods. “PASTA BEACH™ is our way of translating that effortless, nostalgic warmth into both what you wear and what you eat. Introducing these three new custom pasta shapes alongside a beautiful, upcycled apparel collection lets us celebrate our history in a way that feels incredibly fresh, modern, and fun for the season.”
Alongside the apparel, the launch introduces three new artisanal pasta shapes engineered for the ultimate dining experience. Stella brings a whimsical, star-like structure to the plate, Bozzolo offers a uniquely comforting cocoon shape, and Conchiglia delivers a classic, shell-like curve perfect for cradling summer sauces. True to traditional Italian craftsmanship, these shapes are designed to elevate seasonal cooking and bring people together around the table.
