Abe’s Apple Cider Donut Mini Muffins
are a combination of a moist cinnamon cake baked with real apple cider and topped
with a crunchy cinnamon sugar. Like all Abe’s muffins, these treats are
completely vegan and free from dairy, egg, nuts, soy, sesame, and pea protein –
made in the brand’s dedicated facility in West Nyack, New York.
“We wanted more people to be able to
enjoy cider donuts,” said Alessandra Altieri-Lopez, the executive pastry chef
at Abe’s Vegan Muffins. “We worked tirelessly on a recipe that would replicate
biting into a seasonal donut – without any egg or dairy. We are really proud of
this new flavor!”
