KIRKLAND, WA – Flour & Olive debuted its line of international olive
oil cake mixes at the Summer Fancy Foods Show held at the Javits Center in New
York City.The company showcased
its innovative products to diverse buyers, media, and
industry professionals. Coming on the heels of their sofi™ Gold award, it was yet another remarkable
opportunity for this start-up company and highlights the Specialty Food Association’s
commitment to shape the future of food by championing product excellence, innovation
and diversity.

& Olive's presence at the show attracted significant media attention. Global
food analyst and trendspotter Melanie Zarnoza Bartelme of Mintel News mentioned
Flour & Olive on the Big Ideas stage. She
discussed how the brand pairs its delicious cake mixes with a world map
featuring international recipes explaining, “It’s
about starting with a really great product and helping the consumer understand
what to do with it or say 'hey, you can just have this as is or you can really
kind of chose your own adventure with it.”
The

prestigious sofi™ Gold Award in the Baking Mixes category for its Almond
Scratch Olive Oil Cake Mix at the inaugural SFA
