The popular Spring Fling Gala attracts hundreds of innovators,
entrepreneurs, and brands in one space to celebrate the natural products
industry's roots in Colorado and the thriving ecosystem it nurtures.
"We're excited to partner with The Food Innovation Center at CSU Spur, as
it provides additional opportunities for our members to see our network in
action and the amazing ways the natural products industry is making a
difference in better-for-you products. We're proud to lead the charge for
change," said Kristine Carey, Executive Director, Naturally Boulder.
The natural products industry has tripled since 2007, accelerating from $97B
to over $300B in 2023, with yearly volume growth. Colorado alone contributes more than
$2.1 billion to the state's economy and supports 22,142 jobs across the
state.
It's Science, For Natural Foodies!
Attendees will have the opportunity to meet founders from established and
emerging brands from Boulder and the entire Front Range. Carey adds, "We
identified a need to meet in one location, such as the Food Innovation Center
at CSU Spur, as it can easily serve everyone along the Front Range from Pueblo
to Fort Collins. We know that the community is growing, and we need to continue
to flourish and foster solid relationships to help brands become successful."
The Food Innovation Center at CSU Spur supports food and agricultural
innovators who bring new food products to life. "It's a natural fit to
partner with Naturally Boulder, as we provide a state-of-the-art facility and
on-site experts, including food scientists who can help brands navigate the
journey from field to fork," said Mike Gabel, Director of the Food
Innovation Center at CSU Spur.
