Early-stage food entrepreneurs and industry newcomers attending NOSH Live Winter 2018 will get a jump start on the main conference with our introductory NOSH Boot Camp educational session on Wednesday, November 28th.
Designed to help emerging food brands avoid common pitfalls and mistakes, Boot Camp dives into the basics of operating a business in the natural food space. The agenda covers everything from product design and co-packing to interviews with key distributor UNFI, as well as key disciplines like pricing, hiring, and raising money to fuel growth.
Boot Camp begins at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, November 28 in the Venice Room at the Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel at 1700 Ocean Avenue in Santa Monica, CA 90401. It’s open to all brands attending NOSH Live, which will be held the following two days, November 29th and 30th.
