Upton’s Naturals Launches New Vegan Jerky Bites

CHICAGO– Upton’s Naturals, which pioneered flavored Seitan, is getting back to its roots with the launch of wheat-protein-based Jerky Bites at Natural Products Expo West, booth #5427. These 100 percent vegan snacks offer a good source of protein (8-10 g per serving), an excellent source of B-12 and come in creative, tropical-inspired flavors set to tantalize taste buds. Made with a clean and simple ingredient list and clocking in at only 90-100 calories per serving, it’s more than okay to get your munchy-fix with this jerky treat.

Though the products feature a similar texture and chew to traditional beef jerky, these plant-based meat alternatives are completely free of artificial or “natural” flavors, GMOs, soy, trans fat and cholesterol and are low in fat and carbs.
