Griffin Inc. BDO Transaction Advisory Services was the exclusive financial advisor to Harold T. Griffin for this transaction.
Club Des Millionnaires is a leading Canadian brand of premium canned sardines and anchovies. The Club Des Millionnaires line of products has been enjoyed by Canadians for over a century and is one of Canada’s most iconic and recognized canned seafood brands, known for producing a broad range of canned sardine and anchovy products. Its most popular products are small sardines (Brislings), called “Small – Petits”, bearing the tagline, “Fish She is Very Small.”
