Each truffle is rich and velvety, featuring a smooth dark Ecuadorian chocolate shell on the outside, with a luxurious blend of cacao, creamy milk and pure coconut oil on the inside. By using coconut oil, Alter Eco offers a sustainable alternative to palm kernel oil, which leaves a negative environmental impact through its conventional production. The truffles are also free of soy, emulsifiers and artificial flavors, and are USDA Organic, Certified Fair Trade, Non-GMO Project Verified, Carbon Neutral Certified and Certified Gluten Free.
