Taza Chocolate to Launch Three New Stone Ground Amaze Bars

Taza Chocolate, a pioneering bean-to-bar maker of organic stone ground chocolate based in Somerville, MA, will showcase three irresistible new Amaze Bars at Specialty Food Association’s Summer Fancy Food Show, Booth #4408.

Maple Pecan joins the line permanently, with shipping beginning September 5, 2016. Fresh roasted pecans and a touch of maple paired with Taza’s perfectly unrefined 70% dark chocolate will make chocolate lovers feel like they’ve been transported to a cozy cabin in the woods.

“This bar will make you want to eat chocolate for breakfast!” said Taza founder Alex Whitmore. “Something about the satisfyingly gritty texture of our stone ground chocolate and the classic combination of maple and pecans reminds you of making pancakes in a cast iron skillet, by a crackling fire.”

Cranberry Pumpkin Spice combines 70% dark stone ground chocolate with tart cranberries, warm pumpkin pie spices, and a wholesome crunch of pumpkin seeds. Gingerbread Cookie celebrates treasured holiday memories, with 60% dark chocolate spiced with cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg, plus a gingerbread cookie crunch.  Both seasonal bars will ship beginning on September 5 in tandem with Maple Pecan, and will be available for the holiday season only, while supplies last.
