Valentina

Valentina is a Mexican hot sauce brand from Grupo Tamazula, founded in 1960 by Don Manuel Maciel Mendez in Guadalajara, Jalisco, and sold across Mexico, the U.S. and Canada. Beyond its red, black and blue label sauces and dry seasoning, the trademark is licensed for snacks, including Valentina Hot Sauce Flavored Chicharrones (fried pork rinds) produced by Rudolph Foods and sold in 4 oz and 12 oz bags at retailers such as Costco, Mariano's and World Market.
