Sobelini Pizza Crunch is an Italian-inspired chili crunch condiment created by chef Adam Sobel, described by the brand as "Italian flavor, New York attitude." Adapting the Asian chili crunch technique to pizza, the Original blends Calabrian chili flakes, fennel seeds, oregano, parmesan and olive oil, while the Truffle version adds earthy black porcini flavor. Sold in 6 oz jars plus larger 128 oz and 1-gallon foodservice sizes, it is offered direct-to-consumer, through wholesale/Faire, and at specialty grocers and restaurants.
