Nocciolata is an Italian spread of cocoa and hazelnut manufactured by Rigoni di Asiago, which is located in the north of Italy, in the province of Vicenza, in the beautiful green area of Asiago Plateau, surrounded by mountains. It is made from all organic ingredients: hazelnut paste (16%), cocoa butter, skim milk, brown sugar, sunflower oil, vanilla. It is perfect to be enjoyed on the bread but it is also a delicious ingredient to prepare cakes, crepes, pies, cookies, creams and toppings
