Olyra
Overview
Olyra was born from a simple but powerful idea: what if the wisdom of the ancient Greeks could fuel your modern morning? The name itself says it all - Olyra is the Ancient Greek word for spelt, one of the four grains that formed the cornerstone of a balanced Greek diet over 2,600 years ago. Founder and CEO Yannis Varellas is the fifth generation of a flour mill family business in Thrace, Greece - a legacy of over a century of farming, harvesting grains naturally, and grinding them in a traditional stone mill. Since launching our first Crunchy Breakfast Biscuits in 2018, we've never stopped innovating - introducing Crème Breakfast Biscuits, Fruit & Grain Bars, and most recently, Fig Bars. We saw a gap in the market: consumers wanted energy-packed, on-the-go breakfast bars with fewer, natural ingredients and less sugar - and we built exactly that. Because at Olyra, we believe Aristotle had it right: the key to a good life is balance. And for us, it starts with what's in your breakfast.
