Olyra are the first EVER organic & nutritious breakfast biscuits, containing 5g protein, 4g fiber and only 6g sugars! Our breakfast biscuits are made of 4 Greek Ancient Grains (spelt, lupine, oat, barley) and simple organic ingredients. We have encompassed the Ancient Greek wisdom, using the same ancient Greek grains as our ancestors, into delicious and nutritious snacks! Yannis, the founder of OLYRA, is coming from a 5th generation Greek flour mill family business. Small community of farmers produces the grains of our ancestors in Thrace, one the lowest income areas in Greece providing new business opportunities to these families. Organic farming is very important to preserve the land of our ancestors. All our grains are stone ground in our traditional, stone mill!
