Midi Bites

Midi Bites is a women-owned, Scottsdale, Arizona-based snack brand making no-bake, plant-based power bites built on real ingredients such as oats, dates and nut or seed butters. The refrigerated bites are vegan, certified gluten-free, soy-free and non-GMO, with 8g of protein per serving, and come in four flavors: Almond, Chocolate, Peanut and Salted Cashew Crunch. Founded by Majo Mansour, the brand sells direct-to-consumer in 6- and 12-pack bags plus a 4-flavor sampler, and has expanded distribution to Target stores nationwide.
