Overview
Le Bon Magot® is a woman-owned specialty food producer operating out of the Greater NYC area. “Magot” or the hidden treasure specializes in African, Middle Eastern and South Asian inspired condiments and culinary ingredients: caponata, chutney, conserve, marmalata and preserves. Each of our creations take clients on a culinary journey to a different part of the Spice Route; offering distinctive flavors created from unique spice blends, unusual ingredients and innovative treatments of traditional recipes. Our products are developed from heirloom recipes using natural ingredients, high-quality and seasonal produce, custom-blended aromatics and no preservatives. Most are gluten-free and all are vegan friendly. Made on the North Fork of Long Island, NY in small batches and created in the artisan tradition, the products rely on classical cookery methods and all-natural preservation techniques to create special flavors, which we hope will inspire cooks and diners on their own culinary journeys.

Dave’s Gourmet LLC, well known for the last thirty years for its range of products in hot sauce, pasta sauce and more recently, their new line of extra virgin olive oils and Pink Sauce, has fully acquired Le Bon Magot (LBM), a gourmet line of specialty condiments and chutneys launched by food entrepreneur, Naomi Mobed.
