Kettle Heroes LLC is a Tempe, Arizona-based kettle-cooked popcorn company founded in 2013 by brothers Rudi and Aaron Sinykin. What started as a food truck popping kettle corn at local farmers' markets and Arizona Cardinals football games has grown into one of the natural channel's most distinctive better-for-you snack brands, with products distributed nationally through UNFI, KeHE, Faire, and regional distribution partners. Every bag of Kettle Heroes popcorn tells a real hero's story. Through the brand's "This Bag Honors" program — built in partnership with the Pat Tillman Foundation — each SKU features a Tillman Scholar, healthcare worker, teacher, first responder, or military veteran, with a short bio and a QR code linking consumers directly to their story. The program transforms every purchase into a moment of recognition for the people who show up and make a difference. Kettle Heroes produces small-batch, kettle-cooked popcorn with no artificial preservatives, colors, or flavors, and holds non-GMP and GFCO gluten-free certification across its product line. The company is currently scaling operations at its new 21,000 sq. ft. facility in Chandler, Arizona — increasing throughput tenfold — alongside a complete packaging refresh across its core SKU lineup.
