Heathcote Bakery is a New York-based cookie brand founded in 2024 by former talent agent Suzanne Lyon. The bakery is known for its ultra-thin, handmade chocolate chip cookies that are crispy at the edges, soft in the center and finished with a pop of salt. Its lineup includes Signature Chocolate Chip and Chipless Cookies, bite-sized Heathcote Minis, Cookie Crumbs and giftable multipacks, sold direct-to-consumer online and via retail partners such as Farm to People. The cookies have been recognized on Oprah's Favorite Things 2025 and praised by chef Bobby Flay.
