Gymkhana Fine Foods is a premium Indian food brand born out of the Michelin-starred Gymkhana restaurant in Mayfair, London, offering cooking sauces, marinades and chutneys developed in the restaurant kitchen. Co-founded by Gulrez Arora and JKS Restaurants, it launched in the UK in 2023 and is sold via Whole Foods Market UK, Ocado, Tesco and Waitrose. In April 2026 it announced a national U.S. launch exclusively at Whole Foods Market alongside an $8.5M Series A led by CAVU Consumer Partners. Products include Green Tikka, Classic Tandoori and Butter Masala.
